Public transport, paid parking, customer centres and vehicle testing services to operate under adjusted schedules on August 28
Dubai: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced its service hours for the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) Birthday holiday, which will be observed on Friday, 28 August 2026.
According to the authority, the announcement covers a range of services, including:
- Customer Happiness Centres
- Marine transport services
- Service provider centres for vehicle technical testing
RTA said the revised schedules are intended to ensure the continued provision of transport and customer services during the public holiday.
The authority advised customers and public transport users to check the updated operating hours through its official channels before travelling.
RTA published the announcement through its official social media platforms and directed the public to its website for detailed holiday schedules covering all transport services across Dubai.
