Palm Jumeirah villa gifted for AED132 million as property sales reach AED1.4 billion across 522 deals
Dubai: Real estate transactions recorded by the Dubai Land Department on Wednesday reached AED2.1 billion across 715 transactions, reflecting continued activity in the emirate’s property market.
The department recorded 522 sales transactions worth AED1.4 billion, comprising:
- 433 residential unit sales
Mortgage transactions totalled AED525 million through 176 deals, including:
- 107 residential unit mortgages
The market also witnessed 17 gift transactions with a total value of AED211 million.
According to Dubai Land Department data, one of the most notable transactions was the gifting of a villa in Palm Jumeirah valued at AED132 million.
Another major transaction involved a mortgage on a commercial land plot in Al Nahda 2 valued at AED115 million.
The latest figures highlight sustained activity across Dubai’s residential, land and commercial real estate segments, with sales accounting for the largest share of daily transactions.
