Dubai: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the closure of three lanes on Emirates Road (E611), opposite Al Maktoum Airport, as well as the full closure of the Al Maktoum Airport tunnel in both directions.
The closures will be in effect from October 26 to 31, daily from 9am to 4pm, to allow self-driving taxi companies to conduct highway tests.
The authority urged motorists to plan their journeys in advance and follow directional signs to reach their destinations smoothly.
