Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Company wrapped up its participation in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Exhibition in London, where it highlighted investment opportunities within the Saudi real estate market and presented its project portfolio to international investors, investment firms, and others interested in the sector.

    During the event, the company showcased three projects: “Enar” and “Kaheel” in Riyadh, and “Azure Makkah Residences” in Makkah, highlighting a variety of opportunities available through its different real estate development models.

    “Enar” represents a model for a versatile, integrated urban destination that combines residential, commercial, business, hospitality, services, and community facilities. Meanwhile, “Kaheel” introduces a luxury residential community in Riyadh, featuring housing, green spaces, and integrated facilities and services.

    In Makkah, the company presented the “Azure Makkah Residences” project that introduces the concept of managed real estate ownership. Situated in the Masar destination, close to the Grand Mosque, this development integrates housing and hospitality, featuring two residential towers with 694 apartments and a hotel tower with 449 rooms.

    Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate engaged in the dialogue program alongside the show, in which Abdullah Al Habib participated in a session discussing Saudi Vision 2030, the development of Saudi cities, architecture, comprehensive planning (Master planning), quality of life, and sustainability. The session also covered the company’s approach to building integrated communities.

    Motaz Samhouri, Commercial Manager at Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate, also participated in one of the show’s sessions as part of the company’s participation in discussions on the Saudi real estate market and the opportunities and trends shaping the sector’s development.
