Developer appoints International Foundation Group to begin enabling works for new residential buildings as City Walk Crestlane continues to grow
Dubai: Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract to International Foundation Group (L.L.C.) to undertake groundworks for two residential buildings within Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane, marking the latest construction milestone in the development’s ongoing expansion.
The contract covers a range of enabling works, including site preparation, excavation, soil improvement, dewatering, and the design and construction of shoring and piling works, paving the way for the next phase of construction.
Meraas said the appointment reflects its commitment to developing thoughtfully designed residential communities while supporting the continued evolution of City Walk as one of Dubai’s leading mixed-use destinations.
The two residential buildings form part of the wider City Walk Crestlane Phase 3 masterplan, which is designed to promote connected, green urban living within one of the emirate’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
The contract is part of broader groundwork activities underway across the residential components of Phase 3.
